Shipping & Delivery

Soto Boots offers FREE UPS shipping on all orders over $99. No coupon code required! Free shipping applies to shipments within the 48 contiguous states. Standard rates will apply to all other orders.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

If we have your items in stock, Soto Boots items ship in one to two business days (excluding holidays or weekends). Packages arrive in about 2-5 business days after they are shipped. Please allow 5-7 additional business days for orders going to military addresses as they are considered international orders.

We will ship the order the same day if we receive it on a business day before 11:30 am CST. Want a more accurate shipping time? Please see the UPS Map below:

Please keep in mind that: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, or to APO addresses. For PO Boxes or APO addresses, make sure you select USPS as a shipping method. All delivery times shown are estimates. Weekends and Holidays are excluded from shipping times. 

For your protection, orders over $200 may be sent “Signature Required”.

UPS and USPS does not guarantee arrival dates of packages. The transit begins the first business day after an order is shipped.

Unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be refunded for packages delayed due to adverse weather conditions.

 

Track your package

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. It contains a tracking number you can use to track your package at www.ups.com for UPS orders and www.usps.com for USPS orders.

All orders are provided with a tracking number when the order ships. If you have not received your package, you have 14 days to contact us after the tracking information shows that it has been delivered. We will then further investigate your claim.

Returns & Exchanges

Soto Boots Customer-Friendly Return Policy guarantees that you will be able to exchange all products eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase at no cost to you. 

To exchange an item or to return an item you can email us at Support@sotoboots.com and we will provide you with a return label.

Please Include the following information in your email:

1. Your order number
2. Your FIRST and LAST name
3. The reason you are requesting a return.

Once we receive your email, we will email back a return label. You will then be able to use that return label to mail back the product unused and in its original condition. We recommend trying on your boots on a soft surface such as a carpet to prevent scratching. Keep in mind that free exchanges do not apply to closeout items, which are clearly labeled as close out on our site. All closeout items are final and non-returnable. All items must be returned within 30 days of the date you received the item. Free exchanges are limited to one per order.

If you would like to return an item for a refund, there will be a $9.50 fee that will be deducted from your order for the return label. If you ship the return item on your own, no fee will be added on to the order. Please be sure to return the item with a traceable method, so that a claim can be made in case the item is misplaced.
